1. Our Role

ChairGrab.com is a listing and advertising platform only. We provide a digital space where salon owners ("Listers") can post available salon chairs and spaces for rent, and where interested parties ("Renters") can browse and connect with them. We are not a party to any rental agreement or transaction between Listers and Renters.

2. User Information and Responsibility

Users must provide accurate and complete contact information. We do not verify or screen any user-submitted data. By submitting information, you represent it is true and accurate. Users assume full responsibility for their own due diligence before entering into any transaction.

3. Listing and Fees

Listers may post salon chairs and spaces for a non-refundable fee. All listing fees will be clearly stated. Listings must be truthful, non-offensive, and compliant with all laws. We reserve the right to remove any listing.

4. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or truthfulness of listings, nor that users will fulfill any agreements or complete transactions.

5. Release of Liability

You agree to release PingSolve LLC from all claims, damages, or losses arising from listings, rentals, or interactions between users. You assume all risks associated with using our platform.

6. Prohibited Use

Users may not engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harassing activities on the site. We reserve the right to terminate any account violating these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

Content on the site is the property of ChairGrab.com and PingSolve LLC and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties of any kind regarding its availability, accuracy, or reliability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes relating to these terms or site use shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Notice of issues is required before initiating legal action.
