- How do I join a waitlist?
- Open the app, find your poker room, and tap any available table to join its waitlist. You'll be notified when your seat is ready.
- How do I receive seat notifications?
- Make sure push notifications are enabled for WaitlistPoker in your device settings. You can also provide your phone number to receive SMS notifications.
- How do I opt out of SMS notifications?
- Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You can re-enable SMS notifications anytime from your account settings.
- How do I delete my account?
- You can delete your account directly from the app or web dashboard. Your data will be cleared within 30 days of your request.
- I'm a poker room operator. How do I get started?
- Email us at support@pingsolve.io and we'll get your room set up. Setup typically takes less than 10 minutes.
